OPEN LEVEL WORKSHOP – 16TH JANUARY AT 12PM – 1.30PM – HIP COMBOS AND SHIMMIES – MYRA COST $15
We will be looking at 3/4 shimmies IN DEPTH
3/4 up (Ghawazee) 3/4 down (Hagallah)
We will ANALYSE eash of the components that go together to make these shimmies work – notes provided.
We will be layering shimmies over the top of other movements to create some great combinations. Suitable for Intermediate level
