School Holidays Fun!

Each school holidays, Belly Dance Amethyst hosts a workshop for kids aged 5-12 years, demonstrating the wide variety of styles that belly dance comes in. Each session includes a performance by a professional dancer, craft to construct their own unique piece of costuming to take home, and a dance class to learn technique from the allocated dance genre. The session ends with a mini performance by the children for their parents/caregivers.

These Summer Holidays we are offering 2 Mini Shimmy Workshops!!

The first workshop will be held on Tuesday, 17th December, 2019. Visiting the sparkles and elegance of Classical Belly Dance.

The second workshop will be held on Friday, 17th January, 2020. Where we will be joined by Annie, who will share her knowledge of Vernacular Jazz!

Workshops running from 10.30 am – 12 noon.

Cost: $20 per child (includes morning tea and craft)
